Terms & Conditions for Customers
FUEVO Customer User Agreement
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FUEVO, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
FUEVO is only an intermediary platform that facilitates discovery and connection between Customers and Service Providers.
FUEVO:
- Does not own, operate, control, or supervise listed businesses.
- Does not guarantee quality, legality, safety, availability, or suitability of services.
- Is not a party to contracts between Customers and Service Providers.
2. User Eligibility
Users must:
- Have legal capacity to enter into contracts.
- Provide accurate information.
3. Customer Obligations
Customers shall:
- Use the platform lawfully.
- Verify information independently.
- Not misuse contact details.
- Not engage in fraudulent activities.
4. Reviews & Ratings
Customers may submit reviews.
FUEVO may remove reviews at its discretion.
Reviews must not:
- Be defamatory.
- Be misleading.
- Contain abusive language.
- Violate any law.
5. Transactions
Any engagement with a Service Provider is solely between Customer and Service Provider.
If payment facilities are introduced:
- Payments may be processed through third-party gateways.
- FUEVO shall not be liable for payment failures or banking issues.
6. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, content, software, and platform design belong to FUEVO.
7. Limitation of Liability
FUEVO shall not be liable for:
- Defective services.
- Service Provider misconduct.
- Financial loss.
- Personal injury.
- Data loss.
- Indirect or consequential damages.
8. Indemnification
Customer agrees to indemnify FUEVO against claims arising from misuse of the platform.
9. Termination
FUEVO may suspend or terminate access without notice for violation of these Terms.
10. Privacy
Personal information shall be governed by FUEVO's Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Courts at Faridabad shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
